Does Four Points by Sheraton Brussels have internet facilities?
Four Points by Sheraton Brussels offers a high speed Internet access (10 Mbps) for free. For most of our guests, internet access and the ability to work on their own computer is essential during their business travels. This is the reason all our rooms offer cable connection as well as Wi-Fi. To access one of our Internet networks, you just need to connect yourself with your name and room number!
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate currently used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Do you offer free shuttle services?
We do not offer free shuttle services, you can contact our Front Office Desk and they can assist you with organizing a pick-up with a fee.
What are the opening hours of the restaurant? At what time is breakfast served?
Root Markets invites you for a genuine and authentic breakfast Monday to Friday from 6.30 AM to 10.30 AM and Saturday and Sunday from 07.00 AM – 11.00AM. Lunch is served everyday from 11.30 AM to 2 PM and dinner is served everyday from 5 PM to 10 PM.

How can I park my car and what are the costs?
The Four Points by Sheraton Brussels offers a covered parking, located inside the hotel. The standard parking costs are €2.50 per 30 minutes or €20 per 24 hours/overnight.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those of ages 18 years and older (with valid identification only).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.
Our hotel is completely non-smoking. The use of e-cigarettes and vaporizers is prohibited too. Smoking anywhere on our premises is prohibited and results in an additional penalty cost of €250. We kindly invite you to our designated smoking area on Level 0 in front of the main entrance of the hotel.
Four Points by Sheraton has a 24 hours security.
For each reservation a charge of €50,- Security Deposit + City tax per room per day is charged upon arrival. This can be paid either by Credit Card or cash.
Are pets allowed at Four Points by Sheraton Brussels?
Yes, guests may bring maximum 1 small pet (MAX 7kg) along with them in their room. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and other public areas
Do I need a credit card when checking in ?
Yes, upon arrival, the guest should present the credit card used to make the reservation on the booking website together with a valid ID. The guest’s name on the reservation will be checked against credit card and ID. The credit card will be used as guarantee for any extra costs. If the guest cannot present the same credit card as originally charged, the original credit card will be refunded and guest will be charged for the total rate on the credit card which has been presented by the guest upon check-in
How many people can be accommodated in one room?
For security reasons, no more than three people can stay in one room.
Check Acceptance Policy
The hotel accepts travelers checks. Personal checks are not accepted.
Connecting Rooms Policy
Connecting rooms are available but cannot be guaranteed and can be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Early Departure Policy
Reservations on prepaid rates cannot be amended without losing the full deposit. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Third Party Credit Card
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a credit card authorization form prior to the guest's arrival. Credit card authorization forms can be obtained directly from the hotel.
Prepaid and nonrefundable reservations
Upon arrival, the guest should present the credit card used to make reservation on the booking website together with a valid ID. The guests' name and reservation will be checked to see whether it matches with the credit card presented or not. The credit card will be used as guarantee for any extra costs. If the guest cannot present the same credit card as originally charged, the original credit card will be refunded and guest will get charged for the total room rate on the credit card that is presented by the guest upon check-in.
The company to be invoiced must send a fax with a request of invoice. All direct billing must first be approved by our accounts department. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back to the company. This must be arranged prior to the guest's arrival.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Due to liability, the hotel is unable to organize a babysitting service.
What are the policies regarding children in a room?
For safety reasons, the hotel can only accommodate a maximum of 3 guests per room. This is also applicable for guests traveling with children. The charge for an extra bed is an extra cost of €50 per night for ages 12 years and older. For children under 12 years, the cost for an extra bed is €25 per night
What are the policies regarding ''Early Check-in" at Four Points by Sheraton Brussels?
Standard check-in time is from 3 PM onwards. An early check-in can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed by the hotel as this is subject to availability. However, you can reserve the night prior to your arrival to guarantee your room upon check-in.
What are the policies regarding ''late check out'' at Four Points by Sheraton Brussels?
Standard checkout time is before 12 PM. A late checkout is possible upon request and availability. A checkout between 12 PM and 4 PM costs €35. After 4PM, a full night stay will be charged at the best available rate for that day.
