Does Four Points by Sheraton Brussels have internet facilities?
Four Points by Sheraton Brussels offers a high speed Internet access (10 Mbps) for free. For most guests, internet access and the ability to work on their own computer is essential during their business travels. That is the reason all our rooms offer cable as well as Wifi Internet connection. To access one of our Internet networks, you just need to connect yourself with your name and room number!
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Does Four Points by Sheraton offer Day use rooms?
Yes, we offer day use rooms that are offered only for stays between 9 am and 6 pm and may not be extended for overnight use.

Do you offer shuttle services?
We do not offer free shuttle services, but if you contact our Front Office Desk we can assist you with organizing a pick-up with fee.
What are the opening hours of the restaurant? At what time is breakfast served?

How can I park my car and what are the costs?
The Four Points by Sheraton Brussels offers a covered parking, located inside the hotel. The standard parking costs are EUR2.50 per 30 minutes or €20 per 24 hours/overnight.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.
Our hotel is completely non-smoking. The use of e-cigarettes and vaporizers is prohibited too. Smoking anywhere in our premises is prohibited and results in an additional cleaning cost of EUR250. We kindly invite you to our designated smoking area on Level 0 in front of our main entrance.
Four Points by Sheraton has a 24 hours secrurity.
For each reservation is EUR50,- Security Deposit + City tax per person per day charged. This can be paid by either a Credit Card authorization or cash.
Are pets allowed at Four Points by Sheraton Brussels?
Yes, guests may bring maximum 1 small pet (MAX 7kg) along with them in their room. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and other public areas
Do I need a credit card when checking in ?
What is the maximum number of person allowed in one room?
The maximum number of persons allowed in one room is three.
Check Acceptance Policy
Hotel accepts travelers checks. Personal checks are not accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Early Departure Policy
Reservations on prepaid rates cannot be amended without losing the full deposit. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Third Party Credit Card
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax/e-mail a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a credit card authorization form prior to the guest's arrival. Credit card authorization forms can be obtained directly from the hotel.
Prepaid and nonrefundable reservations
Upon arrival, guest should present credit card used to make reservation on booking website together with a valid ID. Guest name reservation will be checked vs. credit card vs. ID. The credit card will be used as guarantee for any extra’s. If guest cannot present the same credit card as originally charged, original credit card will be refunded and guest will get charged for the total room rate on credit card that is presented by the guest upon check in.
The company to be invoiced must send a fax with request of invoice. All direct billing must first be approved by our accounts department. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back to the company. Must be arranged prior to the guest's arrival.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Due to liability, the hotel is unable to organize babysitting service.
What are the policies regarding children in a room?
For safety reasons, there is a maximum of 3 guests per room. This is also applicable for guests traveling with children. Children up to the age of 12 pay a total of € 25 a night. Children 12 years of age and up pay EUR35 a night for the use of an extra bed. Children under the age of 12 can stay free of charge when they sleep in the parental bed.
What are the policies for ''Early Check-in" at Four Points by Sheraton Brussels?
Standard check-in time is 3pm. An early check-in may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. To guarantee an early check-in, your reservation should include the night prior to your arrival. If you do not wish to book an additional night and a room is available when you arrive, a fee of EUR30 can be charged if you check in between 8AM and 10AM.
What are the policies for ''late check out'' at Four Points by Sheraton Brussels?
Standard checkout time is 12PM. A late checkout is possible upon request. A check-out between 12PM and 4PM costs EUR35. One night extra will be charged after 4PM.
